we participated in a 10 track fitness work out . each track concentrated on improving a component of fitness. They were

Track 1: warm up

Track 2: increasing heart race

Track 3: carden

Track 4: power

Track 5: muscular strength

Track 6: running

Track 7: agility

Track 8: interval training

Track 9: power

Track 10: abbs

I felt annoyed before the fitness class because I don’t like to exercise for two hours.

I felt angry during the fitness class because I was really tired and didn’t want to exercise at all

I felt happy after the fitness class because it was finally over

I liked the fitness class because nothing

My favourite track was abbs because it was finally over

I didn’t like the fitness class because Miss Farrell shouted about me because I bunped in to Aleyna.

My least favourite track was all the tracks.

That Miss Farrell won’t yell at me again.

I felt tried before the fitness class because it was to early for me for exercises

I felt really tired during the fitness class because I wasn’t ready for exercises and i was sore as well and I just wanted to go to sleep right there and then that is how tired i was during that class.

I felt really happy after the fitness class because it was finally finished and over for the rest of the week and i also had three classes of sport and three classes of advisory that day.

I liked the class because I don’t know

I didn’t like the class because it was really tiring and really boring

Why I wasn’t at school last Tuesday

why I wasn’t hear last week was because it was a religious thing that we do every year and I mean every year and that was really hot and I didn’t stay for to long in the mused and I had to get out of the mused and went outside with my little cousin and we stayed outside for a long time it was from 9 am to 1 pm and it was so long and really hot. if I was here on September 16th i would have done this type of exercise here they are
